How can I find my fit? 

If you’re new to online ordering, then sizing may seem intimidating. But rest assured—we have your back. To start just go to our size guide and once there you will find the size that matches your measurements. We have also added images of models with size and height to help you make a better choice.

We advise using the largest size you can fit into if you are between sizes.

Do you intend to increase the sizing? If so, when?

Currently, we have 6 sizes of anti chafing shorts and up to 7 sizes of tights.

However, Foxytights is always growing, and that includes plans for size expansion across all our product categories. Be on the lookout for expanded sizes soon!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify by email. All orders leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days, depending on shipping method chosen. Please note if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will not ship out until Monday (except for Bank Holiday Weekends).

I haven’t received my package. Can you help?

if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist. Please contact us through the contact page orcontact@foxytights.com

I have received a faulty item?

What is your refund policy?

We hope you love our products and enjoy your purchase! If you need to return any unused items please do so within 14 DAYS of receipt of the shipment.

Please note that Tights are intimates and due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns of worn tights.

We highly recommend you do not refuse a delivery. By refusing a delivery it will incur cost of the original delivery and the return cost. Any refunds made we will minus the total cost of delivery and return cost due to refused delivery.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We only offer refunds. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, American Express


Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s payment method used excluding any shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on your banking institution’s processing time. We recommend speaking to your bank for processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We do not refund any customs duties and shipping for international orders. However, please contact your customs office in your country directly as these may be recoverable.
